Amortly ("the App") is developed and maintained by Jinyang Wang ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
Amortly does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data or usage information. All mortgage calculations are performed entirely on your device. No internet connection is required or used by the App.
The App may store the following data locally on your device:
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it (e.g. via the share sheet) or enable iCloud Sync (Premium feature), in which case data is synced via your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your saved scenarios are stored in your personal iCloud account (CloudKit). We do not have access to this data. It is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
